The Ghana Education Service (GES) has extended its best wishes to all candidates sitting for the 2025 WASSCE for School Candidates, including those in Secondary and TVET institutions. In an official press release, the GES urged candidates to remain disciplined and avoid all forms of examination malpractice.
The Service encouraged students to work hard, stay focused, and dedicate themselves to success in the examination. “Do not allow yourself to be lured into any form of examination malpractice,” the GES emphasized. It further warned that any student caught engaging in malpractice will face severe sanctions.
The GES also addressed teachers appointed by WAEC as examination coordinators, invigilators, and supervisors. It reminded them to strictly adhere to professional standards. Any involvement in collusion, leakage of examination materials, aiding candidates, or compromising examination procedures will result in immediate dismissal from the Service.
