Parents and BECE candidates will have an opportunity to interact with subject examiners when Education-News Consult holds its first online BECE Home Mock information session on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
The online meeting will run from 6:00 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. on Google Meet and is expected to provide practical information about the Home Mock service and what candidates should expect from the assessment.
The involvement of examiners is one of the key features of the session, as students will receive information about expectations in the different subjects covered by the programme.
Why the examiners’ participation matters
The October 4 session is not being organised simply to announce the Home Mock service. Education-News Consult says parents and students will be taken through the programme and given an opportunity to ask questions.
The examiners will help explain what candidates should understand about the various subjects and how students should approach their preparation.
This will give students an opportunity to hear directly about the academic expectations associated with the papers included in the Home Mock.
Parents can also use the session to understand what their wards will be expected to do and how the assessment service operates.
The eight subjects covered by the Home Mock
Education-News Consult’s Home Mock covers English Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computing, Religious and Moral Education, Creative Arts and Design, and Career Technology.
The programme therefore provides assessment across the eight subjects identified for the Home Mock service.
The information session will provide more details about the subjects, assessment arrangements and preparation expectations.
Parents can ask questions before registering
Another purpose of the online meeting is to allow parents to obtain information before enrolling their wards.
Questions about the Home Mock, its operation, subjects, prices and registration arrangements can be raised during the session.
The organisers will also explain a special promotion for registrations made between October 4 and October 10, 2026.
The exact promotional pricing should be obtained from Education-News Consult during the session or through its official registration information.

The Home Mock includes assessment and marking
The service is available through Skulmanager.com, which describes its Home Mock as a professional home-based assessment service involving expert marking and performance tracking.
This means the programme is presented as an organised assessment service rather than simply a source of practice questions.
For students preparing for the BECE, the October 4 session will provide an opportunity to understand how that assessment process works.
